DOWNLOADER APP ERROR

IF YOU ARE GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN TRYING TO DOWNLOAD OUR APP WITH THE DOWNLOADER APP, PLEASE OPEN THE SETTINGS ON YOUR DEVICE (GEAR), THEN APPLICATIONS, THEN MANAGE INSTALLED APPS, SCROLL TO THE DOWNLOADER APP FORCE STOP IT AND DELETE DATA

OPEN THE DOWNLOADER APP AND MAKE SURE YOU ALLOW ACCESS TO FILES

If you are experiencing issues with our APP & Services, please do the following

Round 1 Clearing Cache

  1. Go into Settings on your Firestick/Android Device and find APPS/Applications
  2. Select the Bull Dog Streams APP
  3. Select Force Stop
  4. Select Clear Cache
  5. Restart your Firestick/Android Device
  6. Open our APP and test

Still Experiencing an Issue

Round 2 Network

  1. Unplug your Firestick/Android Device(s) that connect to your network
  2. Unplug your Router/Modem
  3. Wait 5 minutes to allow the network to flush
  4. After 5 minutes has passed plug everything back in the following order
  5. Plug in your Modem/Router wait until it has completed its connection, a few minutes
  6. Plug in your Firestick/Android Device(s) and turn it on.
  7. Open our APP and test

Still Experiencing an Issue?

Round 3 Fresh Start

  1. Go into Settings on your Firestick/Android Device and find APPS/Applications
  2. Select the Bull Dog Streams APP (Version 19)
  3. Select Force Stop
  4. Select Clear Cache
  5. Select Delete Data
  6. Uninstall our APP
  7. Restart your Firestick/Android Device
  8. Download and install our latest Bull Dog Streams APP Version 23
  9. Use the DOWNLOADER APP to download and install our APP, enter tinyurl.com/bulldogv23

No Audio – Movies or Series

  1. Download and install VLC Player (you can find it in the appstore or google playstore)
  2. Open our APP
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Open External Players
  5. Add VLC Player
  6. Click on Player Selection
  7. Switch, Movies, Series & 24/7 to VLC Player

Instructions for installing on an Amazon Firestick:

  • Goto "Settings" on the firestick, scroll over to "My Fire TV"
  • Click on "Developer options", Turn ON Apps from Unknown Sources
  • Go back to the home screen
  • Open "Downloader" if you don't have the Downloader App installed, click find and install it
  • In the address bar enter https://www.tinyurl.com/bulldogv23 for our App.
  • Once our apk finishes downloading click install

How to install IP Vanish

  1. On your computer or phone open a browser and goto https://www.ipvanish.com
  2. Create an account and order a subscription, 12 months is the cheaper way to go.
  3. On your Android device or Firestick open the appstore, download and install the IP Vanish App
  4. Open the app and login.
  5. Pick a country (location arrow bottom left corner), if you are in Canada then pick USA, and if you are in USA then pick Canada – Set your pick as a favorite
  6. Scroll over the Green Gear Icon (settings) and click on Automatic App Launch
  7. Scroll to Bull Dog Streams and choose our app
  8. Goto back and click Connect
  9. FROM NOW ON ALWAYS OPEN IP VANISH AND CLICK CONNECT – BULL DOG STREAMS WILL OPEN AUTOMATICALLY WITH THE VPN WORKING
